Why CISF exists…
Vision: People of all nations will hear and learn to apply the teachings of Jesus Christ… from their own leaders, in their own language, expressed in culturally relevant and dynamic ways.
Purpose: Help equip developing nations with indigenous, gifted, highly-educated, evangelical men and women… to lead seminaries, denominations and other Christian organizations, write theological literature, train pastors, volunteers and future leaders… and thereby build the local church.
Mission: Identify proven Christian leaders from Majority World countries and support them, financially and personally, as they obtain relevant graduate theological degrees from selected universities and seminaries… then aid in their transition to full-time service back home.
