Studies: Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology; Class of 2009. 

Focus of Studies: Jackie’s research focuses on the Old Testament book of Esther. Given that nearly 70% of the church in Africa is comprised of women, she wants to help develop a clearer understanding of gender roles, particularly in relation to issues of power and ethnicity.

About Jacqueline: Jackie is now into the dissertation phase of her program and excited about her research. She is a pastor at Nairobi Chapel and currently looking to lighten her ministry role in order to devote the necessary time to her dissertation.

Family: Jackie is single.

Prayer Requests: Jackie desires prayer that her dissertation will be relevant and spirit-filled, with value for the African church. Additionally, she requires prayer for the migraine headaches she suffers.
