About Mbusa: Mbusa’s bishop has highly recommended him as one of the most important emerging leaders for the Anglican church in the D.R. Congo.Ater spending six months in the D.R. Congo doing field work for his PhD, Mbusa is now in the dissertation phase of his program and hopes to make a trip to Europe or South Africa for further research. Family: Mbusa and his wife, Kavuo Mbusa Tsongo, have eight children: five young adults—Nzanzu Kipata, Kambale Lekesa, Mathe Lekesa, Kakule Leksa, Katembo Lekesa and three younger children who still live at home—Kahindo Alice, Kavira Sophie and Kavuo Lydie. Prayer Request: Mbusa asks for prayer for peace in his country, the Democratic Republic of Congo. He also asks for prayer that God will continue to support him in his studies.
